Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for your Foldable Wall Station to be prepared and packed for shipment.

• Custom Orders: For custom multi-monitor configurations, lead times will be provided at the time of invoice.

Shipping Rates

• North America: Free shipping on all orders over $100.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your workspace upgrade. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

1. Uninstalled: We cannot accept returns on desks that have been drilled into, mounted, or show signs of installation wear.

2. Original Packaging: The unit must be in the original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Desks made to custom dimensions or specific multi-monitor requirements are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

• Gift Cards.

Return Shipping 

Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:

• Defect or Damage: If your Foldable Wall Station is returned due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or verified shipping damage (as covered under our Warranty policy), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

• Buyer's Remorse/Non-Defect: If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or any reason outside of damage or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Label Facilitation Service: Since the Foldable Wall Station is a heavy, specialty item, we offer to help simplify the process. We can facilitate the purchase of a discounted return label through our logistics partners. The cost of this label will be transparently communicated to you and deducted directly from your final refund amount.

Warranty & Damages

Damages Upon Arrival Please inspect your order upon reception. If the box appears damaged, please take photos before opening. If the product inside is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@ample.space so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1-Year Structural Warranty We stand by our build quality. The Foldable Wall Station is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the wood, hinges, and French Cleat system.

• What is covered: Structural failure, hinge failure, or wood splitting under normal use (within the 200lb weight limit).

• What is NOT covered: Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., not mounting to studs), water damage, modification, or normal wear and tear (scratches/dents).
