Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-8 business days for your Foldable Wall Station to be prepared and packed for shipment.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Uninstalled: no drilling, mounting, or signs of installation wear.
Original Packaging: the unit must be in the original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Desks made to custom dimensions or specific multi-monitor requirements are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping
Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:
Defect or Damage: If your return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. "Confirmed" means our support team has reviewed your photos, videos and any other requested evidence and agreed the issue falls under our warranty.
Buyer's Remorse/Non-Defect: If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or any reason outside of damage or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Label Facilitation Service: Since the Foldable Wall Station is a heavy, specialty item, we offer to help simplify the process. We can facilitate the purchase of a discounted return label through our logistics partners. The cost of this label will be transparently communicated to you and deducted directly from your final refund amount.
Damages on Arrival: Because the Foldable Wall Station is a heavy, high-value item, we require an unboxing video to support any damage or defect claim made on arrival. This protects you and helps us hold carriers accountable.
Before you open the package:
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged (crushed corners, punctures, tears, water marks), photograph all sides of the box first.
Then record a continuous unboxing video that shows:
The sealed package with shipping label visible.
The full unboxing — uncut, in one take — including removal of all protective materials.
A clear view of any damage or defect on the product itself.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be denied for shipping damage, as carriers require this evidence to process freight claims. Manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period are evaluated separately and do not require an unboxing video — though photos are still needed.
30-day Warranty We stand by our build quality. The Foldable Wall Station is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects in the wood, hinges, and French Cleat system.
What is covered: Structural failure, hinge failure, or wood splitting under normal use (within the 200lb weight limit).
What is NOT covered: Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., not mounting to studs), water damage, modification, or normal wear and tear (scratches/dents).
